Dark Chocolate milk tart

This is one of the definite favourites at De Zeekoe and is best enjoyed with a steaming cup of coffee and tea while putting your feet up and just forgetting about everything.
This is truly a be in the moment type dessert
Crust
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cornmeal
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and the dry ingredients and mix
Roll out the crust on a floured surface, then place it in a tart pan and allow to set in the fridge.
Filling
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups milk (separates in 1/4 cup and 1 1/4 cups)
1/4 cup flour cornstarch
pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
Cinnamon to taste
3 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs, separated
1/2 cup dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 170°C
Mix 1/4 cup of milk with the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, salt, sugar and cinnamon).
Preheat the rest of the mil (1 1/4 cups) to boiling pint and add to the dry ingredients mixture.
Add the butter and the egg yolks. Add chocolate pieces. Beat the egg white until stiff, then fold into the mixture.
Place the filling in the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream
